It has less months, but more days. I'm not really sure what to do about all of this...

Whoa, really? [she leans back a little and scratches her head.] Is it the same number of days total?

No, my year has more days.

[ladiesss]

...Then what'll you do with all the extra ones?

[ruminant]

I...haven't decided that yet. It would be strange to create a new month, right?

Yeah... Where would you even put it? Unless it's just... this, like, free-floating month that never happens every year.

[ruminant]

...I may have to take out one of my months.

[ladiesss]

Yeah. Just make sure there isn't anything important in it when you do.

I'll lose one holiday, no matter which month I take away.

Really? Is there a holiday every month?

[ruminant]

[ Nods. ]

We celebrate on the first of each month, and continue to carry out the lessons from that day for the entire month.

What kind of lessons?

[ruminant]

Qualities, in a way. We look at the animals that live around us, and choose a quality that they embody, and we try to live by it and remember it, that month.
