[yes he is, and he looks great in them. He's apparently done more shopping.

When he senses Robin, he turns... and his expression doesn't change. He's now giving him the same sort of look he was giving the pool.

It's part "what are you looking at me like that for" and part "come here and explain why this is weird"]
