[ If you looked up at the sky in the last hour or so you may have noticed the dragon that was flying about, spreading her wings and all that. She couldn't help herself anymore, she needed to fly.

And once she was done stretching her wings and all that jazz she landed nearby the castle, clearly not giving a crap about subtly. Then the dragon started to glow and in a brilliant light display shifted into a woman.

So now there's a lady where a dragon once stood idly stretching her human limbs on the lawn. Whatever will you do? ]

As soon as the gem comes in contact with her, there is sort of a magnetic reaction-- the vast energy within it suddenly clings to hers and establishes a connection. It might not be the same as if they had been of the same kind, but it's something at least. It's sort of like their souls are static-clinging together.

Ah, and there is his voice in her head.]

I spent a lot of time within a royal court. I did not wish the court sorcerer to know my name should the worse were to come to pass and my true nature be revealed.

Names can be used to trap people, to control them, should you know the right spell.

You know... at first, I very much disliked the idea of being housed in this tower.

But, as far as cages go, I have to admit that it has some fascinating features.
