ACCORD [the clockwork city]

This place needs a bit of touching up. Some lanterns, silk pillows and incense and it might even be passable. We are rather impressed by the architecture, though. We don't suppose we can meet the creator?

If you bring us some wine and women, we'll overlook the fact that you have kidnapped us. Especially if they're pretty.

[There's a green-haired man lounging in a couch on the first floor, dressed in the finest fabrics and covered from head to toe in gold and precious stones. He seems pretty chill about the fact that he's in the Tower... though that might change.]
