MINGLING POST
[I hope that everyone in Accord has wish-machine'd up some sweaters, because it's getting cold outside! especially around the Tower, what with all those delightful ocean winds around to make things extra-chilly. it's not so bad indoors, though. the Stewards have been doing a good job of keeping the place nice and warm for you.
so what has the crazy tower bunch been up to? jumping in leaf piles? huddling inside for warmth? trying to break the world record for most cookies baked in a week? plotting to murder everyone with horrible death magic? there's plenty to be doing and plenty of people to bother, so go talk to your neighbors! make a friend, or talk to someone you haven't seen in a while! or just, you know, stumble awkwardly into their business. that works too.]

[At the moment, he's glowering out of a window like the scrooge he is, looking like he's ready to spit out of spite because of how much he hates what he's seeing. He mutters, angrily, under his breath:]

Actually, I was going to warn you that the folks in town seem to have gotten wind that there is some very valuable black liquid around here somewhere, just waiting to be tapped.

[And then he begins to laugh. It's not a nice one- it just sounds like he's laughing to get it out of himself, while his fists curl at his sides and his eyebrows furrow.]
[Oh no, he didn't.]
Did they, now?
[His tone is laced with a sharp coolness, like he's hiding a knife made of ice underneath every word. He turns, still smiling, but his eyes definitely aren't.]
Maybe I should tell them about the horrible little reptile that's been going around, too, you know? The one that just can't leave eating people alone...I'd bet they'd love to have it's head to carry around as a trophy.

Humans are dumb as bricks. They'll be digging for that black liquid out in the ground because of how vague the info about it is. You have heard of oil, haven't you?

Well, then, guess that means my trips to town will be fewer. That's actually not bad though- I never liked the place. Too grimy and full of humans.
