[ Life is tough when you are a brave knight. But the heroic Sir Fiddler is not easily bested by horrific circumstances!! Though an evil villain may have kidnapped him from the safe haven on his bed where his mother tucked him in last night and read him a bedtime story he only despaired for half an hour a brief moment before he was faced for his first foe! Some beast that dwelled deep within the recesses of the extra rooms caves of his prison. It groaned and thumped at the door, scraping at wood--so the brave sir Fiddler did what any hero would do!

He locked it and got the fuck out 8|

But not before dragging p. much all the blankets from his bed with him. BECAUSE IT'S ARMOR. not because he was totally freaked out. Brave knights don't lose their cool.

So now the lone warrior is sort of just...walking through the hall, a portion of the blankets hugged to his chest while the rest trail behind him on the ground. Like a man. A man with manly wet eyes and pursed lips. Who is definitely not sniffling, nope ]

Moooooooom...... Mooooooooooooom.... [ and not calling out for mom either 8|;; ]

[ It isn't hard! He's smaller than coil and has no coordination or cognitive ability; he's played easy by Coil and winds down on one knee, groaning and turning to look up at him ]

[relaxing a little at how easy it is to subdue the kid, he lets himself breathe a little, very thankful that the ghoul is obviously not built for combat. That makes everything much easier.

Next step will be abandoning the spear for a minute so he can try to go in and twist the kid's arms behind his back]

[thankfully, if there's one thing that Coil can be, it's deft. And, as long as Matt is this close, he doesn't have to worry too much about his lack of depth perception putting him in danger.

Once he's got Matt's arms twisted around and has a pretty good handle on wrangling him, he automatically goes to tie up the boy's limbs... only to remember that, like his staff, the tower didn't seem it fit to let him keep his cords.

Hissing a breath between his teeth in annoyance, he's left wrestling Matt's arms while he chances to look around for something else to maybe tie the boy up with. Maybe even gag him]

[ Adel doesn't carry much in the way of rope sorry ): He's got books and papers and...clothes, and besides his bedding that's probably about it. HE IS NOT WELL-PREPARED FOR THIS SORT OF THING ]

He's gonna have to do this the hard way, then. Grabbing the spear again--he might have to drop it if Matt gives him too much trouble, he just hangs onto the ghouls arms and... bullies him forward. He's got not choice but to try and walk him bodily out of the room and into the hall]

[ oh god this is probably going to look terrible to anyone that sees--matt fights the whole time. Not with his grip, but to just get back to him, tugging at his arms and leaning his head back to stare soullessly at him ]

[saying that he's on edge doesn't begin to describe him as he hurries the zombie along... just so terribly glad that Matt is considerably smaller than him.

There is a constant silent mantra of prayers running through his head as he goes, begging the gods to keep anyone from noticing him as he... pretty much kidnaps an undead child]

He's pretty out of breath from the constant struggle, and the stress of possibly being seen, by the time he gets Matt past the stairs and onto his floor.

He pauses outside his room to catch his breath... and figure out how he's going to juggle his grip on Matt to open the door]

[ does it involve letting Matt eat you? But that's p. much what this groan asks as he tries to turn around again ]

[and the answer to that is no. He expresses this by shoving Matt against the wall next to the door, so he can free one hand to get the thing open.

As soon as that is accomplished, he's dragging Matt into his room and kicking the door shut behind him.



...Now comes the hard part. D:]

[look, it's going to take him some time to set up chains since he has to do it manually... which means that gagging Matt is his biggest priority right now.

He hauls the kid over to one of the big cabinets that he thankfully stocked before the whole world changed. And, now the tricky part--trying to hang onto Matt with only one hand, while he quickly rifles through the big drawer on the cabinet for a strip of strong leather]

[thank goodness he doesn't have to look very long to find what he's looking for. There are plenty of leather strips in there, and so he grabs a couple that look like they'd be long enough to tie around Matt's face.

...And now it's time to wrestle a zombie. He's gotta get close enough to the boy's face to get him to bite that leather, without getting any of his own flesh bitten. :\]

[ Come onnnn, get careless so he can eat your face asshole. It's not hard to get him to open his mouth--but he is trying to get his hands free again to grab for coil ]

[he really can't do much about Matt's arms while he's trying to get that leather wedged in place. One hand is mainly trying to get the gag in the ghoul's mouth, while the other tries to keep that mouth from getting any closer than it needs to be :\]

[ you'll have eerily strong hand gripping and pulling at your arms then coil--but at least it's pretty easy to get that strap in place! So long as you don't let matt pull your arms toward his mouth you should be fine ]

[he's going to have child's fingerprints bruised into his skin, but at least he won't have zombie rabies.

Once he gets the strap wedged good in Matt's mouth, he's probably going to have to shove him bodily into the wall there, to try and hold him partially still, while he tries to get the thing tied--no choice but to ignore whatever clawing is going on]

[ You'll wind up with a couple bruises and scratches then coil ): Matt's doing whatever he can to latch onto Coil tight and pull him close, gargling past the lather strap ]

[h-he's had worse... just gonna suffer through that, wincing, as he finally gets the strap tied tight--enough that a human would be majorly uncomfortable--and ties the second strip over the first to complete the gag.

As soon as that's finished, he pushes himself away from Matt and the wall, quickly hopping back across to get some breathing room for however many moments Matt allows him]
