Nishi has finished a batch and they're cooling off in a paper towel-lined strainer — gotta rip out any excess oils, y'know — and munching on a waffle & chicken sandwich. Weird? Maybe. Flipping delicious? You know it!

Immediate family-wise, I'm an only child. Extended family, both sides are too big to talk about in one sitting. Let's just say I have many cousins, aunts, and uncles.

I do. Sure, it gets loud at family gatherings, plus we're all open-minded, hot-headed idiots, and it can be hard to plan shit with so many schedules to deal with, but we make it work.

I mean, she would bust out these five- or six-course meals — complete with appetizers before, desserts after, and drinks during — for all the models and production people. You would love it.
