Honestly, when I see that man I'm going to give him a word. I'm not sure he would want people to die by lack of decorum every time he has a guest...honestly, I wake up and the place is like this? What is this, a joke?

[He scoffs, and moves to the nearest window, looking out.] Hold on a second...this isn't the city. What the hell? Where have I been brought to? I specifically arranged for him to bring me to the tower on the edge of the city, what is this? ...Have I been sabotaged?

[Don't mind him, he'll just be angrily glancing around, trying to figure out what's going on. Clearly, he needs to be bothered.]
